Customizing Windows XP's General Tab

General tab is in the system properties dialog box with your support contact information and your company's logo.

So you can change it just by using notepad and

Applying following steps:

1. Launch notepad and type the following text replacing the dummy text.

[General]
Manufacturer=HĄŞŅĂĮŃ's
Computer
Model=Dark Extream
[Support Information]
Line1=Call "your contact number"
Line2=Call "your contact number"
Line3=Call "your contact number"

2. Save the file in c:windowssystem32 folder as Oeminfo.ini

3. To add logo to general tab, create BMP file that is 175x110 pixel in size.

4. Save the file in c:windowssystem32 folder as Oemlogo.bmp.

Now you can check by going into system's properties.
