Preventing Executeable Files From Running

The executable files are used by Softwares or programs to run or its like a door to applications or programs. To stop these executable file from running even if someone double clicks it then

Follow these Steps:

1. Go to control panel and click on folder option or in any open folder window click on tools then folder option menu.

2. Click on file types tab.

3. Then click on new button.

4. Type exe and click on advance.

5. Here you will see associated file type as application just select new which will be on the top and then click on ok.

Now you are done.
